Front Room Remodel - Complete Overhaul

My wife and I scraped the popcorn texture off the ceiling and applied a Sante Fe style smooth texture on the walls and ceiling.

I installed a bullnose (rounded) trim on the outside corners for a classier, smoother look and installed 18" Travertene tile in the front entrance. You can see part of the tile in the lower left of the after image.

I also bought, spray painted and installed the blinds. I found a blind manufacturer who built these blinds the wrong size and were going to throw them in the trash. I only paid for the price of the wood. The blinds were only an inch too small for our window, but not a problem. I only had to add the trim around the outer part.
